Project Background:

To meet the growing demand for high-definition broadcasting, a local television station in Shandong initiated an upgrade of its studio-to-control room video transmission system. The legacy coaxial cable infrastructure suffered from severe signal attenuation and interference, making it unsuitable for long-distance transmission of uncompressed 3G-SDI and HDMI signals.

Solution:

The solution involved deploying our HDMI + SDI Optical Transceivers, supporting uncompressed 1080P and 3G-SDI video signals. These devices enabled lossless, real-time transmission of HD video over single-mode fiber, replacing the old coaxial cable system. With plug-and-play functionality, strong anti-interference, and low power consumption, the system offers both flexibility and reliability.

Project Outcome:
